Grundarfjordur is a small town located in the west of Iceland, about 2 hours north of Reyjkjavik, with less than 1,000 people living there. On my first day, I wanted to experience the midnight sun, and it was so odd that it was still daytime. I loved it! The light was softer, a photographer's dream.
Icelandic horses are shorter than the ones we're used to in the USA or France, and have a thicker coat of course. They are friendly and so adorable! On this photos below, the sun was starting to go back higher in the sky, although it never really disappeared.
